I love fishing, I was only 8 years old when my father take me for fishing the first time. And my father’s #1 secret was - location! You don’t want to fish in a “fish desert”.

Here is my own motto: “The first gets the fish the second gets nothing” And it is also can be applied for fly-fishing. Thanks nature, there are many good places in the world for fly-fishing.

You can find some really interesting places on this site, but I want to encourage you always try to look for YOUR own places. Yes, this can increase your chances to catch the fish of your dream.

But it is not only about unexplored wilderness where you can find tons of thousands big fishes like King Salmons or Rainbow Trout which jumps into your boat and eat your flies, but also it can be a quiet, beautiful place where you can have a fun and rest, where you can feel comfortable, and you can teach your own kids fishing and camping.

It is the place where ideas will come to your mind easily and where you can finally understand what your fish really thinks, where you can understand the nature and put it on the control. Once you find one spot, please don't be upset if you didn't catch any fish at the first or second day of the fishing. take your time, improve your technique, improve your equipment.

Ask somebody if there a fish out there, If you find a place you love don't through it out, ask experts first or you can use some of these modern tools - echo-sounding devices just to be sure you spend your time on the right things and then find a way to catch your fish.

When I was a child we used to go for fishing on summer and believe me it was really pleasant to come to "your" place for fishing. It became your second "nature house” and you can't wait to visit it again and again

And it helps you in many ways because you became more close to nature and more motivated to fly-fishing in "your very own" fishing place because every time you lean something more you understand more.

I was really loved our secret place in spite of the fact that we need to walk about half day (there where no roads at that a time) to reach it but we always were awarded both by the nice fishing we have spend time and our pretty good catch.
